An order can be placed using our website. Navigate to the “products” tab and submit the products you would like to order. Our team will then review your order, confirm pricing, and generate mockups. Once our team has finished this, you will receive an email that brings you to your swag account. You can review the order, approved proofs, and pay for the order within your account.

Yes, each package will have it’s own tracking number. This information will be displayed on your swag dashboard.
We ship to 220+ countries with a transit time of 4-9 days. All our shipments are sent Duty PrePaid (DDP) which means the sender of the package will be billed for the duties and taxes on the package. This makes for a really nice gifting experience.
Our warehouse team will first reach out to the recipient to confirm their correct address. If the recipient cannot be reached, we will contact you for more information. You will be responsible for the new shipping charges in resending the package. There is also a $10 reshipping fee per package.
Nope! We don’t believe in service contracts. We want to earn your business every day. We will require you to sign our terms & conditions agreement.

All of our invoices are due on receipt. Payment can be made directly through the billing tab on your dashboard. We support Credit Card, ACH, and Wire Transfers.
